Culinary Co-Operation

We recently started a co-operation with Restaurant Christophe’. Under the inspired leadership of Christophe Royer this famous restaurant was given a Michelin Star for many years on a row.
Because of the fact that the restaurant is situated just around the corner of our hotel it is with great pleasure that we can offer you the possibility to order a first class culinary menu. We will serve your diner at your room or, if you like, we prepare a table in our lounge.

You can make use of this service from Tuesday until Saturday evening from 18.30 hrs. until 22.00 hrs.

Do you rather take time to enjoy an exclusive diner in the restaurant then our receptionists will be glad to reserve a table for you.

Philosophy
To guarantee the existence of the restaurant, on January 1st. 2006, Ellen and Jean-Joël took over Restaurant Christophe and they maintained the name. They were already working at Christophe'. Ellen started working in the restaurant as a sommelier in 2000 and, before his 15 year career at Christophe’s, Frenchman Jean-Joël used to work for various French restaurants. He worked for Paul Bocuse of restaurant Barrier in Tours, and restaurant Les Templiers in Les Bezards. Now that he and Ellen are joint owners of Christophe', he has complete supervision over the menu.
